A guided journal for airing grievances, for the purpose of forgiveness and letting go of past and present hurts. 

Writing out your anger, writing out the details of each incident that lingers and creates anger or pain inside of you, is part of shadow work - that awful but necessary and painful work of 'digging deep' inside ourselves to heal our past hurts. Getting out your thoughts rather than letting them eat away at the inside of you is the best way to begin to move past the weight they can bring to our potential happiness, healing, and/or recovery.

Each forward facing page of this guided journal offers lines for airing grievances and personal accountability for our part in the conflict:
• Who or what hurt, angered or upset me
• What they did or said
• How it made me feel
• How I responded / was this a healthy response?
• How I should have responded
• Do I owe an apology for my part? (If yes, when?)
• Am I ready to release my hurt and begin healing? (If No, when will I be ready?)
• What part of self was threatened/injured (Big picture; using the 12 step list)

The reverse of each page is filled with lines for writing a letter the the person who hurt you (not for them, for you), a letter to yourself, or a journal entry about the conflict. Get it all out on this page so you can let it go.

This 7"x9" journal comes with a customizable cover (choose color, add personalized text) or just go with what is shown in the photo. It is printed on 40 sheets of smooth 32 lb paper. (Good for listing out 40 grievances/hurts.)

It comes coiled, but if you want to leave it unpunched, just leave me a note.
